These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “user”), and Trusty Bee Ltd. Trusty Bee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraud or unauthorized activity. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at the time of checkout and may vary depending on location and shipping method.
  3. Product Quality:
    Trusty Bee takes pride in providing high-quality raw honey products. However, due to the nature of raw honey and its natural variations, we cannot guarantee uniformity in color, taste, or texture across all batches. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images on the Site, but actual products may vary slightly from what is depicted.
  4. Returns and Refunds
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Trusty Bee Ltd Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. For eligible returns, Trusty Bee Ltd will provide a refund or store credit, excluding shipping costs, upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Trusty Bee Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason.
