Trusty Bee Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Honey & Ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey infused with ginger, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. This will be your glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillets, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
- While the salmon is baking, you can brush more glaze over the fillets halfway through the cooking time to add more flavour.
- Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish the honey ginger glazed salmon with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve the salmon hot with your favourite sides, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a salad.
