Trusty Bee Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey & Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey infused with ginger, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. This will be your glaze.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillets, making sure they are evenly coated.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
  5. While the salmon is baking, you can brush more glaze over the fillets halfway through the cooking time to add more flavour.
  6. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish the honey ginger glazed salmon with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
  8. Serve the salmon hot with your favourite sides, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a salad.
